POLICIES
CONTRACT – A signed contract is required when booking an event.

DEPOSIT – A 50% deposit for the total amount is required in order to secure your date. Please be advised that no date will be reserved until a signed contract and deposit have been received. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

CANCELLATION – If for any reason, the client wishes to cancel the booked event or contracted services, the paid deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If My Addiction Makeup & Hair must cancel, 100% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

TRAVEL FEE – Travel and special call times are an additional fee.
